Who We Are

We are an LVP Flooring importer and installer bringing high-quality flooring solutions to your door in Florida, USA.

Luxury vinyl plank flooring (LVP) is a popular choice for homeowners and businesses alike due to its durability, affordability, and wide range of styles and colors. LVP is made of multiple layers, including a wear layer, a design layer, and a backing layer, which makes it highly resistant to scratches, stains, and water damage.

South Florida is a region known for its warm and humid climate, which can lead to moisture problems and floor damage. As a result, many homeowners and businesses in South Florida are choosing LVP over other flooring options due to its water-resistant properties.

Our process on installation

  • Preparation: The first step is to prepare the subfloor by ensuring it is clean, dry, and level. Any bumps, cracks, or irregularities should be addressed before installation.
  • Acclimation: LVP should be acclimated to the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before installation to allow it to adjust to the temperature and humidity of the space.
  • Layout: Once the LVP has acclimated, the next step is to lay out the planks to determine the best configuration and pattern. This will also help identify any cuts or adjustments that need to be made.
  • Cutting: LVP can be cut with a utility knife, but a vinyl cutter is recommended for more precise cuts. It’s important to measure carefully and mark the planks before cutting.
  • Installation: The LVP is installed by starting in one corner of the room and working in rows. The planks are typically installed using a click-and-lock or glue-down method, depending on the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Finishing: Once the LVP is installed, any necessary finishing touches, such as baseboards or trim, can be added.
